Brook

Brook Wilensky-Lanford grew up on beautiful Mount Desert Island, Maine, studied religion at Wesleyan University, and now lives in New York City,  where she has completed Columbia’s Nonfiction Writing M.F.A. program.  She’s a contributor to Storyville radio and The Faster Times.  Her essays have appeared in Salon, Triple Canopy, Killing the Buddha, Books That Saved My Life, and Andrei Codrescu’s The Exquisite Corpse. She’s working on a book about people who are looking for the Garden of Eden, literally. (There are more of them than you might think, and they’re still looking.)
